Topic: Hungry hungry! Posted: 09 April 2012 at 4:06pm |
Hi Everyone,
I'm sure this has been covered before but i've looked and cant find any forums that suit.
So I'm 3.5 months pregnant. I've tried to continue eating as I always did before getting pregnant but am finding myself starving!! and don't know what to have for healthy snacks to keep me full. I regularly have lots of fruit, crackers and dried fruit and nut mixes so I'm looking for alternatives for fulling healthy snacks. This is my second pregnancy so I know what the consequences can be if I give in to temptation :P
Thanks in advance.

Yogurt, Vege sticks, apples are supposed to be filling?

Tell me about it! I feel like I have to eat all day at the moment! At work I'm eating lots of muesli, yoghurt and bananas which really fills me up.

wish I had some nuts. Too rainy to walk to supermarket to get them.
With cottage cheese, are pregnant women supposed to eat it fast and within three days or anything. So feel like cottage cheese on toast now! Argggh hungry.
