Has anyone read this book by Randine Lewis? It came highly recommended on another baby site and so I bought it. I'm interested in seeing an acupuncturist, but I'm currently stuck in Japan until January. So, until then I started reading this book which is really good.I've been TTC since October last year. However, when you get into what you should and shouldn't eat it gets a bit confusing.
I'm hoping someone on here has read it and could offer their take on it. Or any other insights into Chinese medicine that you might have would be great too.

Kye,
That sounds good that you've had a change in your period. I think it can take at least three months before you really start to see the changes apparently. So, I'm keeping my fingers crossed for you.

After reading the book, I've been trying to take some Chinese herbs that I was able to get here and made myself really ill. I obviously have no idea what I'm doing so I'm going to have to be content to wait until I get back (I've stopped taking them now). Anyway, at least I know that the herbs are very powerful so it must be good news for us as I'm sure they'll do something!
