For those useing vitex which brand are you using and why?

I use natures way because you get 100 capsules for $30 so its cost effective... Im not sure how much difference there is between brands

I use the Thompsons 1000mg.. I use it cos it's 1000mg rather than 400mg (natures way)... I tried the tincture and it didn't work for me but maybe I wasn't taking the right dose. There are some really expensive ones that apparently have higher levels of active ingredient which I think I will try next cycle... most brands don't even state how much active ingredient they have
