I would love to have a read of this book as I've heard lots of good things about it. My local library doesn't stock it & it is rather expensive to buy ($120+ from doing a google search ).

Does anyone have a copy they'd be happy to lend me? I would pay for the postage, of course.

Thanks

Auckland City Library has it ( http://www.elgar.govt.nz/search~S2?/tsilent+knife/tsilent+knife/1%2C2%2C3%2CB/frameset&FF=tsilent+knife+cesarean+prevention+and+vaginal+birth+after+cesarean+vbac&1%2C1%2C - linky ), and you can get it to your local library using the http://www.shorelibraries.govt.nz/Collections/Interloans.php - interloans service - costs $5 or $10 I think...
