Hmmmm, disqualified from owning a dog for 10 years, but nothing stopping her from "looking after" a baby

There is something seriously wrong with the world these days when people who don't care much for life possess the ability to create life - and don't get me started on the pregnant drug addict in the other thread also featured in the news recently
