I know! Blimmin expensive, but soooo gorgeous... I can't wait for them to arrive! And I love the Snazzipants ladies

Ann - my Peapods have been in regular rotation for about 3 weeks now but they still leak if I just use the hemp. They work brilliantly with a booster tho

Just a question - what's the reason for not using MCNs for night time? Have they been leaking? or not absortbent enough?

I've always used them at night from day one and now Caitlin sleeps 11+ hours straight, still no leaks (We're using petite FBs with one large insert and a small one as a booster)

We just had our first night for Krystiana in FB with no probs I used 2 inserts and a booster from 9.30pm to 8.30am (yep she only woke once in that time). Yay!

AnnC, I too started using FB for days only, partly because I only bought six and also from nervousness lol. When I finally mustered enough courage I put 3 liners in... then 2 and a booster... and now it's just 2 liners. And that's for Hannah and Briona. If we have been out for dinner/supper and they have been drinking lots I need a booster as well. But it's impressive how much they (MCNs) hold!

I have 14 nappies for DD and find that I am washing every day but could probably get away with washing every second day if I needed to - would be pushing it on some days though! Most of those are medium Fuzzibunz (she is around 8.5kg), with a couple of yoyo nappies (bamboo fitted and a pocket), a drybees pocket and beyootiful ecobubs wool pocket, all medium sizes.
DD is on the second to smallest snaps on her FB. I am looking at getting some peapods too and considering experimenting with some AIO nappies...

I second that! My whole MCN addiction started when I was looking for a cheaper alternative to Dry Nites for Maya at night, and found HH trainers. We've only had the very occsional leak, usually when she is particularly wriggly. And so I got brave enough to try the gremlins in MCN at night and so far not a single leak!

i've just ordered charli an ecobubs wool pocket....was flicking through the threads at TNN and got convinced to buy one
mazzy...what do you think of your drybee nap?

i have both charli and jack in MCN fulltime and overnight i use a prefold, insert and hemp insert. probably a little overkill i think but i'd rather that than have leaks
jack has peapods for nights and charli has a mixture of peapods, FB's and wonderoos.

Before I was preggy with Caitlin I though cloth nappies were only the cotton flat origami folding type

The drybee is pretty good, I find their sizing is a bit smaller than Fuzzibunz but still fits my girl fine (and she's not a small baby). I think the rise isn't as big? Still not sure if I understand what the rise is though - getting my head around all the terms!
DH really likes the drybee nap because of the velcro, he's not a snap fan. I also find the velcro is a nicer fit as sometimes DD seems to be between snaps on the fuzzis, too small on one snap and too big on the next one down. That is easily solved with more stuffing though. I've had no problems with leaks etc. with my drybee so will probably buy more if/when I need more nappies.

reason for not at night is leakage - i don't fancy changing Rhyley's bed at night nor do i want him sleeping in a wet bed/clothes all night if it didn't wake him up. Even now with MCN he can get leakage at the thigh (only a little and nothing that bothers me) and thats after only having them on 3 hours max.
