An update on my issue with HoneyChild/Fuzzibunz. Yesterday a courier arrived out of the blue (I have been very good and not purchased any nappies lately!) and gave me a package containing the small nappy I had ordered and had such problems with a few weeks back. It turns out they have sent it to me anyway, with some lovely wipes, as an apology for all the mucking around. Yay for free nappies! This definitely makes up for the troubles and seems like they are back on track. Yay Fuzzibunz!
