Well I wish the stuff article had been as informative!

I'm using Karicare follow-on (not the gold one) at the moment. I have Karicare Gold Plus 1-3yr formula ready to start, but haven't just yet.

Hmm .. will go look at tins - considering we don't have any problems, and never have since using any of their products, I may just continue on with the mostly full tin I have, before moving to something else.

Just read it again and it reads a bit ambigously - not sure whether it is just the gold follow on? I looked at my tin of regular and it doesn't mention it as an ingredient?

theres one in the baby forum too
I'm not sure about this, I guess it has to be a personal decision, but as it has been approved in EU that's good enough for me, and coming from England I guess I trust the standards and testing more. So will stick with karicare Gold+ from birth for now as it suits Fay and she has always been happy on it. It was a bit ambiguous as to which formula it meant tho.
Looked it up on the NZ food agency site and this is the link with more details of what formula are effected. Hope this worksNZ food Safety Authrity

I would've put one in the General forum as well if it hadn't have been there, Carmel. I wouldn't think this forum would be frequented as often as the general so good work the more people informed, the better, I think.
