I have used it for years too and swear by it. I used it for the few weeks leading up to my wedding and it was just so fantastic and kept me really calm. I have been taking it each morning for the last couple of weeks - just to help with the impending panic of upcoming birth and have to say I generally feel pretty calm each day at the moment. I fully intend to use it during labour too.

Its not as great as I was hoping and didn't even really notice the difference and I think it tastes like Tequeila. My sister is a homeopath and said its good for babies and if you aren't too keen on putting it in their mouths, which I wasn't, she said you can put it on their wrists or necks and it works just the same.

During labour I actually put it in my water since I was drinking it all the time anyway. You can get it in a mouth spray form, or just in a bottle with a wee dropper - I think when this thread was originally started Katherine mentioned something about pastilles? (Like hard candy but made of RR) I think that generally the recommended 'acute' dose is 6x within 15 mins of each other. I just took it as I felt I needed to.
