Free Natural fertility book + relax. CD

Hi ladies.
I have a copy of Francesca Naish's book Natrual Fertility and the accompanying relaxation CD to give away (if you can just cover the postage). It's a book - mentioned on the Natural Fertility and Women's Health website (http://www.naturalfertility-womenshealth.co.nz/services.html/) and links to the Foresight preconception program (http://www.foresight-preconception.org.uk/Default.aspx).

I found it an interesting read, and I especially found the relaxation and visualisation on the CD useful.

The CD goes with the book and it's called Natural Fertility Management - Conception. By Francesca Naish.
On the back it says "Relaxation, visualisation and suggestions to reduce stress, for motivation and confidence that you can achieve a healthy conception, pregnancy and birth, and to help to synchonise your lunar and hormonal cycles for optimum fertility."
Like I said before, the CD was very relaxing!

I'll PM you but I listened to the CD while doing IVF. The book is 'Natural Fertility' and although I did do IVF in the end it's another source of information which is interesting and adds to your overall knowledge base.

Hi Catie. How did you find that approach to IF? Did you get into it through a naturopath? I got the CD and book with the kit from my naturopath, Jo Barnett. Was another interesting angle on IF so could well have helped us get our BFP. That's the thing in this game - you never know for sure what you benefit from and what you don't.
