Anyone recommend books that would help prepare for a VBAC?

My doula recommended Birthing from Within.

Once we pass 12 weeks I'd want to start reading up.

There's a bunch of books linked to on this post, and I'm also going to get the Pink Kit as there's a specific module on VBACs. (See this YouTube video if you haven't heard of the Pink Kit.)

I know this wasn't part of your question, but I'm also considering calmbirth classes, as I tried hypnobirthing last time but found it a bit too airy fairy for me, and have had calmbirth recommended as giving the same practical benefits without being quite so 'new age' (may have just been the practitioner I had that made me feel that way though).
