Its been confirmed that we need help getting UTD but im confused as to where we will be referred to, will it be FA or F+? I heard it goes off your last name but will it be mine of DPs?

Also what are the waiting times like? we are in the hutt valley.

DP talked to his doctor but didnt get any information and the stupid lady at the doc wont talk to me about! So any info would be great

Hi _H_, I'm not sure what it's like in Welly but in Auckland with public funding they work off your (female) date of birth. If you're in the first half of the year, it's F+, second half of the year - FA. Hope that helps!

Hi H. I am with FA in Auckland, unsure why we went there, its just where the doctor referred us too. I have found them really great! so lovely and helpful! We were told the IVF wait list for public funding was up to 18 months but our wait is only 8-9 months, we start in Feb 2011. I have heard other areas have longer waiting lists.
Hope this helps a lil xx

To the best of my knowledge there is only FA in wellington.

Good luck with it all, the wellington FA team are great.
