Even if you don't want to eat whats wrong with eating a little anyway?

I have protein shakes for breakfast. But thats just cause I'm doing a lot of weights and need the extra protein and it makes me feel full

I have done the Slim one at the supermarkets it is around $20-25, I like it & am thinking of going back on it. You use trim milk & I sometimes put a banana in it.

I was looking at doing The Kate Morgan ones, but they add up $$

The optifast ones are ok tasting - not too watery. but you add water to them and they have milk powder in them already.

so they dont work well as an option for me as i can only have one every 3 days because of the milk in them
