What are your fave substitutes to satisfy your cravings?

This week I have tried Jarrah Hot Chocolate's which are 1 propoint and have been really yummy after lunch - they satisfy my sweet craving!

I am enjoying weight watchers muffin bars- black forest is delish! 3 points!!

I am very much into the summer fruits at the moment. I love nothing more than a nectarine in the afternoon.

I am also a big fan of rice crackers.

fruit I love but can go overboard on. I am eating carrots, celery & beetroot for snacks (the last 2 are from our garden) & all 0points. Makes up for not crunching on chips etc...well kinda
