I have noticed that during the 3-4 days before AF arrives I put on nearly a KG, I always get dissapointed with this.  I think it maybe bloating/water retention as well as my instatiable hunger around that time, i just always seem to feel like i need to eat ALL the time for about 2 days.

Does anyone else experience this or is it just me?

I put on weight during that time, but if I stick to my good eating.. after AF arrives I loose a big number. I think its just water retention. I expect that to happen so it doesn't bother me now I just have to remember not to pig out

I usually weigh more before AF & blame it on that. It usually goes down when it has gone. I also use the excuse of eating chocolate or eating more then as well but am trying to fill up on water first. I used to hate going to WW meeting when I had AF because I either showed no loss or a slight gain & did not want to yell out why

Yep I find I always gain 1-2 kgs in the lead up to AF. And now that you mention it yes I do find myself hungrier than normal. I want to eat heaps of crap, but try to choose healthy stuff.

That makes me feel better then, yeah I had a great loss once AF arrived, in the week leading up to it I gained nearly a kg but then once it came I lost 1kg in 2 days. Because i'm nnot on the pill or charting or anything I don't actually know when AF will come, it is regular tho so if I actually worked it out I would know to expect it, I guess every month I just forget that this is what happens lol.
