Accused teacher granted secrecy

Oh my goodness, those poor children, that woman sounds like she is mentally unstable. Ideally, I think she should be charged, but understand that it would be difficult to get evidence from pre-schoolers. However, the fact that she has been given a good reference as part of her exit-settlement is abhorrent. Surely someone high-up could've cut through the red-tape to ensure that she wouldn't ever be able to set foot in a classroom again. I hope that the grapevine works against this woman's career.
