Hi everyone.
Has anyone lost weight and found that it has interferred with menstrual cycles???
If so, how exactly???

I seem to be having spotting since about CD19, its been 4 days now. Its not heavy by any means, but more just like the very very start or very very end of a period...

Any comments welcome...

I didn't have any changes ... until I got pregnant Then I had very light spotting for about 4-5 days from when my period was due.

I've actually found my AF has been a lot heavier since losing weight.
