So I've been doing yoga from the streaming online classes here http://www.doyogawithme.com/yoga_classes but think I might benefit more froma yoga dvd that I can play on the TV too and that isn't dependant on rural wireless broadband which can be annoying.
Any recommendations? I have seen the Element Prenatal Yoga DVD suggested once on another forum
