I just want to know if pregnancy period is about 6 to 7 month then exercise is good for baby or is any risk, because I want to do but feel risk also so I want to confirm.

Thanks for sharing these valuable thoughts here with all especially those who are not aware of this. Pregnant women can and should exercise but with proper care which do not affect the baby in the womb. Despite the changes in the body, a pregnant woman can do some enjoyment and fun exercises like walking to reduce stress.
