I just spoke to Charity at HOney Child to ask her to hold off on shipping the rest of my order till I get back from Sydney next week and I have to say I am impressed.
I stand by what I said about poor communication with their customers, and I still think they should have emailed those affected by the orders that have been held up, but she was very apologetic, and gave me some great (well hopefulll great - will know tomorrow morning
) advice on stuffing Maya's HH trainers for night time.
So while I am still unimpressed at how long my order has taken, I must say I am feeling vastly more satisfied with their customer service, and looking forward to the rest of my Fuzzis arriving in a couple of weeks
