SusieQ was kind enough to send me a copy of this booklet. It was very interesting reading and I wish I'd had a copy to read 9 months ago.

It covers everything from emotional side effects to breast feeding positions to tummy muscle exercises post-op.

I dont mind getting more copies of this booklet and for Mums who are in Auckland I will endeavour to find out the whereabouts of the old box of library books that we had as the Auckland Cesarean Group many years ago
