Ohhhhh! So there really are some romantic males out there...! I like proposal stories where the guy has been very creative like putting the ring in the chocolate! He must have planned it for a while.

Apparently he did - it took he quite a few attempts to get it right - i was floored he went to so much trouble - he even sized up one of my other rings to make sure the fit was right and had it made with my favourite stone. Garnet.

Ohhh, what a sweetie! They are all really sweet in their own ways I guess. Mine has now become very protective - he even wants me to finish work 2 weeks earlier than I had planned cos he is worried I'm getting too tired He's lovely!

LOL Willie thinks romantic is a quickie before work
The story of how he proposed is in another thread here somewhere, everything was really full on at the time, I guess it was romantic because he cried, but the actual proposal went something along the lines of "Don't leave me, I was going to ask you to marry me in May" (this was January). Well sucker Emma said yes, and I picked my own ring, although he did propose properly in the car with the ring (after we wrestled it off Maya, who to this day thinks she gave the ring to Mama)
