Karen, I bought mine from the Bendon factory outlet, part of their "Mother Love" range they say that they have flexiwire for comfort support without restriction. They are supposed to sort of grow with you. I'm already in their size 16DD and they go up to 18F. ------------- TTC #2 |

I wanted to re-test this morning to make sure my positive was still a positive. Since I was up all night (about every 2 hours) peeing I kind of figured I had no such things as FMU or SMU to work with. I've kinda felt AF type cramping in my stomach but with the peeing, the breasts and the nausea (just started) I think I can rest easy again. But I wasn't for a while there, I really was starting to think that AF was going to come after all, part of me still does. ------------- TTC #2 |

Try not to worry about AF pains (yeah, impossable I know!) I got heaps early on and all through my 1st Tri. I think it's just the uterus stretching
I say not to worry but even now I sometimes get those cramps and have to check my knickers, 8 months later I still sometimes expect AF to arrive lol -------------

Sally I'm still in disbelief off and on myself, I haven't "officially" missed my period yet (I have a cycle that ranges from 27-31 CD's and a LP of 14-16). I keep reminding myself that I've had to BFP's, my breasts are an amazing network of blue veins, blah blah blah symptoms and yet I've been getting all crampy this morning so part of me is thinking "see it's all a big joke and AF is going to arrive" DH really doesn't get the worry thing, he's very much "what will be will be" and "cross that bridge when we come to it" why can't I be like that? The last few days seem like they are positively dragging along. I want HUGE, unmistakable changes to be happening right now! I want to wake up with a "belly" I'm positively nutty.------------- TTC #2 |

well i just got home from the doctors, where i saw the nurse. She told me there was no point in doing another test or getting bloods done as i have had 4 positive tests, IM PREGNANT!! lol
She gave me a list of midwives to call and told me to get in quick cos they are so full. Well heres to all us preggy June mummas.... lol All 3 of us! -------------

I've had bloods done, my test at the docs was neg but I knew that would happen cause it was so faint this morning.
I can't get a scan until I complain of pain which is annoying. I'm kinda scared to contact midwives |

Tracey, I have had cramping right through.... it didnt really ease off until about 9 weeks. Now its just the odd cramp, I found that if I had a quick pee, the cramps subsided not long after.. So excited for you all! -------------

Morning mummies
I'm so amazingly dizzy this morning. DH and I had an emotional tiff earlier, not fun, and I was so shaky afterwards for ages. But we hugged and made up so all is good. Just so dizzy! I took my third test this morning. It was about third morning urine (now that's sad when you know that I took the test at about 6.30am) and it was really strong, no mistaking it as anything but a clear positive.
We've started telling people, just can't keep a secret! It's scary to tell, but so nice to have so much excitement. I actually got almost 5 hours sleep last night, I was deep to the world by 9 easy and awake at about 1.30. I only woke up every two hours after that to pee! Yay
Sally, I dreamt last night that we had to leave our house so that someone else could live here. It seemed so normal that we had to leave absolutely everything right down to the meals I have prepared in the freezer for this weeks dinners! So strange. Kaz, how doe we get this to be a sticky? ------------- TTC #2 |

| That's good that you got such a clear postive. I did another test this morning to try and put my mind at ease (probably 3rd urine too) but it was neg so I'm waiting for the nurse at the docs to give me a call with my hcg results. This is about the stage when I tested when I was preg with Daniel and it was such a strong positive. With my ectopic this faint line/no line crap was what I had so I'm not hugely positive. |

I know what you mean Tracey, i have found the same thing, but so long as i get a healthy baby in June, im not to worried about what it looks like now, lol.
Ill find out what it looks like at 12 weeks when i get a scan. Last night was very odd!! Had very vivid dreams again and then i couldnt get back to sleep. I got up had a glass of water and then sat in bed for about 10 minutes deciding if i was gonna throW it up or not, BLERK!! Then i still couldnt get back to sleep so i woke hubby up...... he was quite surprised, in a good way IYKWIM!! lol........ Thats not like me at all!! Then i finally got back to sleep about 6am! I barely feel rested at all! Hope you other ladies are doing ok! Sally  -------------

Hi All,
New to all of this FYI Period was late by a few days so this morning I decided to do a test and then another.... two resounding + signs. OMG I think I'm pregnant so that would put me due on June 2nd.
I'm happy but extremely nervous and filled with What ifs? A question for the seasoned veterans out there - Is it too early to tell people? I hear most wait until after their first trimester. |

Congrats and welcome Mrs H- I'm lurking in the June mummies cos I'm a May mummy! lol The what if's are normal and I think you should tell people when you feel ready to. I guess some people wait in case they mc, but having been through two mc already (1 at about 12 weeks), I would *much* rather have the support from people than have to struggle through just by ourselves.

Thanks ladies.
This is my first pregnancy and I have never even had a scare before so I'm really excited. I'm 29 and had been on the BCP for 14 years!!!! We decided to to stop taking it at the beginning of this year and see what happens. If it wasn't for the two positive tests, my symptoms are pretty much the same as if I was due for my period (sore breasts, tiredness, cramping....) and although I did feel a little off last week, I think it was anxiety (waiting). Very very excited though. Wish me luck and much luck/love back!!

I officially have a midwife. Even though I don't know if this is a viable pregnancy or not I thought I'd get that done anyway so far she seems lovely. My MW that I used with Daniel has retired so had to find another which was a little sad because I loved my old MW she was hilarious.

Sorry to hear about the ms, Sally. I have no sign of it yet except some foods are just hard to swallow snd my appetite just isn't what it used to be which could be because I'm anxious/excited. I did another hpt today because I wanted to make sure the test's weren't faulty and thankfully that one was positive. It's like I've just discovered I'm pregnant all over again (I can see how it can become an addiction). I told my Mum and my sister today ("So, I think I'm pregnant") and they were over the moon, talking about baby names, boy/girl, what Mum was going to be called (Nana, Grandma)... very exciting!! Hope all is going well for everyone!!!

We haven't told our parents yet. Mum was over yesterday looking after Daniel while DH and I got a bit of rest after being at hopsital with him friday night and I had left a preg test sitting on the bench in the kitchen and she cleaned our kitchen and I noticed she binned it so I wonder how long it will take her to bring it up

hehehe, knowing my mum she would have really had a good look at it as soon as she saw it, especially since I was out of view.
I can feel my uterus stretching, it's crazy how with each pregnancy you feel it more and more. And my nipples are tender. It sucks getting these things when I just don't want to get my hopes up and excited yet. |

Yup it was the positive. It had been sitting in the sun too so even though it was faint the sunlight had made it more visable which is crazy. I've had a couple of waves of nausea but I don't know if thats from me being sick or if its morning sickness.
Daniel is feeling a bit better sick wise but I think its got 4+ teeth coming through at the moment. One has definitely come through and there are at least 3 more trying to. Poor little guy is in a bit of pain |

Yeah they will be happy as. We think it's good to let people know I'm preggers so if its good they can be happy for us and if its bad, they can kinda help out a bit with Daniel and know why I'm not happy at least.

Retta, I have a midwife and my first appointment is next week. They book up really quickly so I'd get onto it asap. I took my 5th test this morning and the positive line came up before the control line and is much darker then it too Hehe, I'm such a POAS addict! Apparently I should stop doing it though because it does start to fade and that would freak me out! I'm so looking forward to my midwife appointment next week, so exciting. I'm thinking I should also start arranging prenatal classes 'cause they also book up pretty quickly. Still no real m/s, I'm sure I should be glad but it would just be a "real" symptom, iykwim. My unstoppable hunger was back yesterday, about 4pm I told DH I was starving again and he thought for a minute and said "how about a hamburger" and that was it, I HAD to have one!

Kirsten, chin up you can get different results from the same packet of tests, some can have more or less dye in them then others. Did you test with your FMU? What about last time? Some people tester stronger with first some with 3rd or 4th so there are lots of variables to consider.

Yes FMU both times. I'm gonna go out today and buy a different brand, someone said they got stronger lines on MS Quickcard than with First Response, which is what I've got. And that their lines got fainter before they got stronger. Didn't know you could get different results between tests in a packet - that is annoying! But makes me hopeful too!

Hey girls,
How exciting to see so many BFP coming in here. Thats so awesome. Had my midwife appointment yesterday and she was just lovely, got 1st bloods done etc, and my bounty pregnancy pack.... i totally forgot about all the freebees you get when preg, lol!! Anyway, iv had a few waves of nausea, hope it doent come to much and i also feel quite achy down there.... not really sure what that means, gues sits just things growing a nd stretching as they should be, am taking it easy today just to be sure thats all it is. Hows everyone else feeling, are symptoms in full swing yet?? Oh and midwife has me placed as being due on June 6th..... not 5th! I am booked in for my 12 week scan already, lol.... bit ahead of myself but midwife just decided to do it while i was there. Have a great day guys, i will be. Sally -------------

So I just had my GP visit and I told him I thought I was pregnant. Told him about the three positive hpt's that I have done and he decided that we didn't need another to confirm it. Sent me for my bloods, gave me a list of midwives and arranged for an early scan (17 October) to check viability and dates.
Kinda anticlimatic (sp?) because I think I need to POAS to confirm it in my own mind. It's just so great it feels like I will wake up any time soon. Might just POAS again tonight just to make myself feel better

I'm just starting to have some AF-type cramps so am guessing I'll be going the way of Stacey. Sigh. Wish I could feel as easy about it as you Stace! Guess if was a few years younger I would, time feels like it's running out

The only reason I am this way is mostly because of my ectopic. A normal miscarriage is a walk in the park compared with that as an added complication. At least a miscarriage isn't lifethreatening whereas an ectopic is.
But AF cramps are normal. I'm bleeding so figure that's whats happening to me. I'm still going to go get bloods done tomorrow and call my doc to still get a scan to confirm it all. |

It's funny I know they are fairly normal but am finding it hard to be confident so any little uh-oh sign seems like another reason not to hold on too tight to the bubbins.
Stacey I think you are so right, compared to ectopic pretty much everything else is much less scary. |

Kirsten, AF type cramps are totally normal (so all the very pregnant and already mum types tell us all constantly). You will notice that you get cramps and twinges, basically it's your uterus growing. No point letting your hopes drop until you see red blood. You wont have too many times in your life to revel over this early pregnancy time so keep positive, your pregnant hun. ------------- TTC #2 |

I am so excited about being pregnant I know I'd be very sad if I lost this one after last time. But having said that what will be will be. I get a few light cramps every now - which I am hoping are completey normal. Today I have a strong metically taste in my month, maybe a good sign? Another weird thing I'm doing is checking my nipples are still sensitive as that was the first thing I noticed last time. So far they still seem harder than normal ;-). I keep putting off the midwife thing as I don't think it is real yet - I still have the bounty pack from last time so I wonder if I will get another this time? I think I will ring for an appointment for later next week - That way I'm at least booked in. -------------

Nothing 100% confirmed yet but I feel SO revolting it's not funny - first thing I wanted to do when I woke up this morning was spew
Got a decent sleep, but am shockingly tired, my boobs are heavier, and I have a Super Nose - everythinig smells LOL
Going to the supermarket shortly to get another POAS as I am a bit paranoid, then I have a GP appt at 9:30am to sort out bloods. Still VERY faint only-there-if-you-squint line today but metallic drooling mouth galore! Temp increased too, so all good signs. Boobs still on the increase, that is truly something for this B cup (and DH) to revel in lol

Morning, my metallic taste seems to have returned once more too, I'm finding that Charlie's old fashioned lemonade juice is awsome as is constantly eating saladas Totally famished again today too and my boobs have been feeling HUGE and pretty tender since last night. I think I'm nesting too, I've started cleaning out my wardrobe - ok so I've dragged a lot of boxes that I'd hidden in there since we moved and used them to make a massive mess all over the bedroom floor, but that's some kind of progress right I'm really excited that I'll be 5 weeks tomorrow and loving that my baby graduated to embryo status this weeks. I so wish my midwife appointment was this week not next week, I'm not good with this waiting game and only 35 more weeks of it lol.
I''ve beent rolling through the other due date forums, reading up on other peoples experiences in the early stages and looking to see what we can expect in the coming weeks, so exciting. Right now I'm most pleased to see that symptoms disappearing and reappearing is totally normal. Good luck purl. ------------- TTC #2 |

*Start rant*  I was a little peeved and lost for words tonight at dinner, everyone there knew or had just found out I was pregnant and I was telling them what symptoms I currently had, mentioning the constant hunger and need to constantly eat and this one woman says to me "I think your just using it as an excuse" WTF?! I'm using being pregnant as an excuse to constantly shovel food into my mouth 24/7 without relief unless I'm asleep? Does she really think I'm enjoying being incessantly hungry? That I don't feel like a total pig because within minutes of me finishing a meal I'm starving again? She's a widower without kids so perhaps she's never experienced anything like this, but FFS, keep comments like that to yourself please! *End rant*
