This is not happening for me but I just wondered if anyone would know the answer to this...

If you were stressed out and hormones made your period late, does the stress lengthen the luteal phase or is ovulation later than normal?

Also, does anyone know..if you did not ovulate one month, do you have a period that month?

Stress can do either, and all sorts of other fun things as well.

And yes, you can get your period without having ovulated. (Though you can't ovulate without getting your period, unless you are UTD.)
