Just found I'm pregnant with my second. I was obese in my first pregnancy, lost the baby weight but didn't dip down too much more. I started focusing on my health more a few weeks ago and don't want to lose the momentum.

Have you maintained a weightloss journey during pregnancy? I know the general advice is don't, but I've also read that as long as you're eating healthfully and not doing any fad diets or starting intense workout programs, you should be okay to continue losing weight. I have enough to lose that I'm not even particularly close to the overweight category.

Thoughts? Anecdotes? https://showbox.tools/" rel="nofollow - https://showbox.tools/

Hi there, here are some pointers you can follow:

1. Know how much weight you need to lose.
2. Cut down on calories.
3. Exercise 30 minutes daily and only do mild exercises.

Good luck and be careful!
