2 carseats and a bed! Expensive times. Have you upgraded Alex to a flasher carseat?
Thanks for the heads up with K-Mart and mini utensils, I'll have to have a look. Last time I was in there I saw a chef costume (chef jacket, checkered pants & hat), which I'm totally going to get for C one year so she can dress like her daddy hehe.

LOL funny at so many doing kitchens!
I bought utensils at a sale at Farmers and Briscoes ages ago. Just screwed the handle on and I am very happy with it. Totally forgot to buy a tap though. They are so expensive! Will go back to the demolition yard tomorrow and have another look for something cheap.

There are some cute chef's costumes on Sella TcD. http://www.sella.co.nz/general/baby-gear/clothing/matching-sets/1824-months/h09ctv/I think we're going to use a filter tap as the tap - it will look the right scale I think. So far it has cost $25, 20 for the table off Trade Me and $5 for a stainless bowl. I still need to source 2 x handles. FIL muttered something about fans and LED's so I'm still waiting to hear what he has planned for it! We've just bought a new carseat too Lorna - ouchies. Glad I bought J's bed a year ago though, it has spread the costs out a bit. What are everyone elses two years old's and soon to be two year old's getting for their birthdays?

Love the kitchen idea, but we have no space for that so thank goodness for the one at playgroup so she's not deprived, lol.
Isabella is getting a baby doll, push chair, baby doll clothes and books from us.

S is getting a balance bike from us and a baby doll from my parents. These kitchens sound amazing! I also found a dolls cot in our garage that needs a base so if we get time in the next month will fix it amd paint it for her doll. I think s would love a kitchen but i think she would rather help me bake.
Gojng to get a trampoline for christmas for both girls (i am expecting baby no 2 to be here by then!)

Love the radio flyer trike alyssa. We have a trike, warehouse plastic motobike and we are getting the freerider scooter for the mountain biker so along with the balance bike i think s will have all modes of transport. There a also pedal cars at my parents house and bach!

I'm going to buy a new doll for E for Christmas, she is getting very angry at Leo cause he doesn't sit by himself lol. I need to buy a hard body one.
Here is our kitchen. Minus the tap still. We will need to do that next week sometime as I ran out of time today. I've been cooking and baking like a lunatic today!

Our party went very well I was so happy with how it all turned out! Can't wait to see the photos and admire what I did The kitchen is a hit (although initially the balloons where much more interesting lol)
Taking E to Kelly Tarltons today as a birthday weekend treat. I haven't been there in about 12 years.

We took C to Kelly Tarltons last month, it was very different to what I remembered!! She liked it, but I got tired of it quite fast. Did E enjoy it? The photos of your party table looked really nice. What icing did you use on E's cake?

We didn't end up going. DH didn't want to
Thanks, I was super happy with how it all turned out. The icing was just a cream cheese icing. Had way too much icing sugar in it though (for my liking anyway)
