Topic: Cheapest Pregnancy tests?? Posted: 18 January 2008 at 9:50pm |
Not for me
A friend has been TTC and its taking a bit longer than expected and she said its costing her a fortune in pregnancy tests, so what are the cheapest ones to get? The cheapest we have found are around $13 for 3 at the supermarket, is there any better than this?

I was thinking the same thing as Becks - there must be a way to get them free. That and wait until she's a week late to test - although I def couldn't stick to that advice (a case of do as I say not as I did)

Funny thing here is I spent heaps of $$$ on tests testing before AF was due, and yet the three months that I did get BFPs I didn't test until after AF was already late. Murphys bloody law!

Here in Hamilton, FPA charge for tests I think? May only be $5...but got appt on Monday for my daughter, I'll ask lol
I've also been buying some from someone on TM..quickcards..$4 each...and postage is only a couple dollars...contact Worzel1 or their website http://www.baby4you.co.nz/
There is also http://www.fertilitysolutions.com.au/ who sell them in bulk packs.

You can go to one of the maternity hospitals or contact a midwife. I try to use free tests where possible!

I get my tests from saveontests.com where you can get 25 tests for about NZ$18 including shipping from the States. The tests claim to be able to pick up an hcg of 20, which means you can use them from 10dpo.

I brought heaps of OPKs and pregnancy tests off ebay, so cheap!! I think it was about $40 including shipping, and I got 80 OPKs and 20 pg tests.
