Topic: ob appointment Posted: 18 October 2007 at 11:55am |
Well its been 7 wks since my dnc, and today i had my follow up appointment at the hospital, and wow im pretty impressed, i have had 10 vials of blood taken, checking for everything, i need to have an ultra sound of my uterus and kidneys to make sure they are working fine.
They are also happy that we are ttcing already, and who knows by the time the ultra sound happens there could be a little bean in there.
As soon as i find out im pregnant i have to start on low dose asprin, and am now under the care of the hospital, being closely monitored, not only cos of recurrent miscarriages but also cos of my high high high blood pressure.
I am so happy that things are finally being done.
Yahhh

Fantastic news Kaz, everything sounds positive and it sounds like you are in good caring hands. At least something positive has come out of having the dnc
I look forward to seeing a BFP coming up in your posts soon. xx

thanks guys....we have decided that when we get our next bfp that we wont be telling many ppl...just our immediate family, and of course i will sneak on here and yell it from the roof tops. I am scared of miscarrying again, but i know that i will be getting a dating scan and then a scan at 11wks which is when we found out last time..so all will be good
