Hi all hoping someone can offer advice!

I am seriously thinking about using cloth naps for bubba2 and have no idea where to begin!! Definitly looking for economy, comfyness, and cuteness and an easy as possible wash and dry! We don't use a dryer either so dryability??

I am getting confused by all the lingo and brands - im so new to cloth nappies!

Well any advice will be appreciated muchly!!

Thanks

Oh you can't go wrong with an itty bitty d'lish if you ask me, they are my all time favourite nappy and i'm intending on having little one totally in them (if I can find some money from somewhere to buy them all).

Here is a link to them

d'lish

That is a link to the all in one, but they do a snap in as well. I have found they both dry in about the same time. I don't use a dryer either so they either go outside or inside on an airer and at most take half a day to dry.

I would suggest spending a few hours looking at lots of websites - there is lots of links in this forum. A lot of websites have heaps of info, and will help you better understand all the lingo. Then I would try a few different sorts, to see what nappy suits you best. Maybe try a couple of pockets, and a couple of AIO's.

Maybe try a one size nappy (like bum genius) as then both your kids will be able to wear the same nappy, and you will save even more $$

A couple of great websites to check out are mothers instinct and tweedle andsnazzipants (has lots of info)

Good luck!!

thanks for starting this thread alyxw, i was curious about the same thing.
cloth nappies seem a bit of an investment to begin with, but more economical than sposies in the long run.. deciding which ones and figuring out the padding/lining proving a little difficult
