Has anyone been to the Post Natal Distress Support Group at Waitakere Women’s Centre? I am wondering about going but would like to know what happens at each session, I am not too good at going to new places where I don't know people.

I am feeling ok at the moment but in the last month or so things have got on top of me and I wonder if it will be helpful in the future or as a regular thing

Sorry I don't live in the Nth Island, but let me know how it goes, Linzy - something like that sounds like it would be a good grounding thing, to help with PND stuff. I've thought about going to something similar down here.

I didn't have time to go this week as I had alot on and try and restrict the number of days that we go out in a week. Hope to try next week,
