Because you already have those symptoms I dont think it will be weeks, sounds like it might be starting. I had no idea I was losing baby til I started to have light spotting when I woke in the mroning- it progressed and I had cramps by that night, was another 24hrs til baby passed- but there are lots of things about my mc that arent "normal".
I hope u get some help/answers from your midwife tomorrow.

In answer to your Q's on the other thread- mc seems to be as individual as everything else. You may not need medical intervention, to go to hospital, to take time off work, or have to find help for your toddler,....but you may need all of these things.

I think mine is a little different, as I was only 5 weeks along when I miscarried.
it started as spotting in the morning (brownish/pinkish old blood) and that night I passed the large 'clot' (placenta I assume), and had cramping (though not as bad as some period cramps) throughout the next couple of days.
Went to doctor two days later as I was still sore, and when she palpated my tummy I was really sore and she rushed me off for scans and blood tests as was worried that it was an ectopic pregnancy. Thankfully it wasn't, and my MC was complete after about 8 or 9 days.
Thinking back, I think that right from the get go, it wasn't a normal pregnancy, as I could feel something going on within my tummy, it just felt 'strange'.
((HUGS)) 0mrs0ana0, it sucks a lot :(
It helped me to know that the MC was for a reason - obviously something very wrong with the foetus. If you're at all concerned, go to your doctor. Mine was a great help and very understanding. I only took two days off work (I had a weekend too) and told my boss why, she was very understanding too

Aw Velvet, {big hugs} for you.
Im 9 weeks since LMP but they were measuring me at 7 weeks.
I was the same, right from the get go I knew something wasn't right, I wasn't at all surprised at the first scan when they said something wasn't right.
I've started bleeding this week, but still very light.
No way I would ever tell my boss, he's that harden the eff up type!

My boss knew cos I show early and people were guessing at 7 weeks pregnant,...then when I had mc I was admitted to the ward where I work for 3 nights as I lost so much blood and needed iron and blood transfusions. My boss is being a real b**** about it- Im still too phyiscally exhausted to manage a full shift at work, even tho its 6 weeks since the mc and she is not being kind about it at all
