I have been thinking about this for a while and after reading about a few other peoples expirenc's it has got me thinking back in July I was over 6 day's late. I had a the pregnancy system's that I usually get like blood noses etc. I did do a few HPT's and got BFN's. When AF did arrive it was really bad and heap's of clotting.. My question is could this have been an early m/c even tho I got BFN's when I tested. It was a hugely stressful time me and DH were going through a really rough patch and Mikey had been on and off sick. I really hope this does not upset or bring back horrible memories for people. I not want to be insestive to how other people might be feeling, but I just feel like I need to know.
ETA: now I am late again and this does not happen ever I like clock work I am so parinoid and not wanting to get my hope's up.

Deb as far as I know you should have still got a BFP in that time, especially since you did 'a few' (so not just one wrong one). I guess there's still a chance that maybe it was a m/c. Was there a clot bigger than a golf ball or were they just 'raspberries'? If the first, I would say it was a m/c; if the second, it sounds like some sort of clean-out but not sure why.

all sorts of things affect how our bodies behave and anxiety about getting pregnant seems to be the worst on a par with family stress. even if you did have an early m/c (but from the sounds of it i doubt it) there is nothing you can do and being late now may mean nothing also.

late periods dont mean missed miscarriages!   just a body coping with stress etc...
