If you haven't started miscarrying yet, your body is probably just confused thinking its still a viable pregnancy. Maybe take some pain killers and have a lax out day in front of the tv

Minor emotional breakdown earlier.

Had a dream that the radiologist made a mistake and it had me all freaked out this morning.

Those weird and wacky preggy dreams. My poor body just has no idea whats going on.

I have calmed down now.

Hugs. My pregnancy symptoms just kept getting stronger until my D&C at 10 weeks. Like yours, my body just thought I was pregnant so the HCG was still rising. This is common as the body often doesn't work it out until the placenta takes over hormone productation at around 12 weeks. Up until that point the yolk sac does everything and so it commonly continues to grow even when the baby does not.

It's rough I know. I felt angry with my body for not knowing better but once the docs explained why it happens and that it is common I felt a bit better about it.

It's a horrible feeling so big hugs to you. Hang in there.

My preggy symptoms didn't disappear until 2 days after I started bleeding, so even after your D & C you might still have some of these feelings for a few days whilst your body adjusts.
I just wanted to mention as well that sometimes when you are bit further along you can actually get milk come in after the mc, i'm not sure if a doc or someone has warned you about that or whether it happens at the stage your at, but forewarned is foraremed.
