I am wondering the same thing.
I have done some research as I need to get some counselling too, because of some things that happened in the past with my sons father. I am pretty sure you can get a subsidy from WINZ to see a counsellor but you need a referral from your doctor first. Most counsellors will see you on a WINZ referral so you just have to ring around I guess and find one that suits your needs. Good luck! And I see we're the same age, with young boys. If you ever feel like a vent or a coffee, I'm always free.
