We lost our first baby due to an eptopic pregnancy.  We are now trying again and I have been plotting my temp which is what we did last time, but this time my temp is all over the place there doesnt seem to be a steedy a pattern to it.  Also my temp used to sit at about 36.2 as its normal temp these days it seems to be sitting around 35.6.  Does anyone have any ideas as to why its all over the place?

Have you checked the batteries in your thermometer? Sometimes that can be a reason for low temps. Also, your BBT is affected by the environment so it will be a little lower in winter than it is in summer. When I am in Australia my post 0 temps are always around 36.5 but when I am at home in NZ it seems to be 36.3.

I had that problem and switched to a new thermometer that measured like 36.52 instead of 36.5 and that made a big difference to me. U must always make sure ur taking ur temp at the same time everyday before you get up. Temps can also be affected if you sleep with ur mouth open and if u do u may want to try vaginally temping on ur next cycle (dont start halfway through this cycle)

I hope that helps :)

I'm not sure how long it has been since your ectopic pg, but that can mess your temps and cycles up for a little bit too.

Good Luck!
