Hi ladies

Just wanted to share something I found in this shop which imports food from the UK (it's called Bramptins, they have one in Browns bay and a few other stores I think in Orewa and Devonport). They are Heinz farleys rusks, and they haven't got dairy in them. They are round like a biscuit and can be used from 4 months mashed as cereal, then they can suck on them as they get older, and they can be used as snacks for toddlers, etc. I have tried them and they are yum, hehe.

Just wanted to share because I had a hard time finding dairy free rusks and this was a random find!

If you're not in Auckland I also saw them today in Countdown in the international foods aisle

Rusks

I tried googling for ingredients & found their website but no ingredient but they've probably got wheat in them.

Hey all.

I've also found a great cracker that Ds looooves and they are gluten/egg/ peanut free. There's no dairy listed in the ingredient list but it does say "may contain traces of skim milk powder"

They're called 'baby mum mum' rice rusks. In the baby aisle of the supermarket.

I have also gotten similar ones from our local Asian supermarket.

Great with marmite/avocado/ etc. And not too messy!!
