I've read everything you've written, and I'm a little confused. When I used the services of agencies like this procleaninglondon.co.uk. I never had such problems,btw. And the best thing for you is either to find another cleaning agency or find a good lawyer and solve such issues with him. In my opinion, you should see a person who will help you solve such issues. My friends have always had problems with renting houses and apartments. And you don't have the most significant problems yet. Trust me, there are worse ones. I hope you decide everything and everything will be fine, good luck to you.
