Anyone else found out they are pregnant and feeling really scared? It's my second month of trying, my first baby, and I'm just feeling like this was a terrible idea and what have I done. Will the excitement kick in?

Hi Sarah. I remember feeling like that with number 1. And I am feeling it now with number 2 - I love my son, and now he's 3 life is pretty easy and fun why would I go throwing another baby into te mix? Because I want him to have siblings and I don't feel my family is complete yet. Yes I miss Friday night drinks after work and the ease of just deciding to go to dinner or the movies but I wouldn't swap back for anything.
It us scary and daunting but you wanted this baby and you still do once you get past the fear. Yes it changes everything but in the best possible way!

Hi, I'm new to this forum...it's my 1st for everything. I have been struggling for over 2-3 weeks now with 24/7 morning sickness...I have my 1st dating scan tomorrow. I'm nervous as hell. Wondering if I can join the FB group? I think I'm due 21st August...but confirmed tomorrow I guess.

For the fb group - if you find and add Augustine Addame as a friend she will add you to the group.

Hi everyone, i think I'm due 2 September. I'll get the date confirmed when I hopefully find a midwife. Just wondering what your experience has been in finding a MW and the support you received in the past if this is not your first pregnancy.

Hiya
Im on my 3rd pregnacy. Last pregnacy was 8 years ago when i was young. I have had the same mid wifes all 3 pregnacys i am now 12 weeks and love that i can still have my old midwife. My advise is meet up with a few first and go with who makes you comfurtable and laugh and isnt so serious. Good luck and congrats

Hey I am due July 26 with my first , I know nothing and I am not one for overwhelming myself reading progress articles etc but would be good to be able to connect with others at the same stage. Is their a Facebook group for July babies ? Cheers

Yes there is. Add me on facebook Emma Parker picture is of me in my wedding dress with my friends behind me in pink dresses. Then il add you to the july babies group congrats also :-)
