Theres a deal on 3deals.co.nz today for epo, ive heard from some people this is good to take for prep for labour?? not to sure about it though. Can anyone help me out so i no weather to get a bargain or not??

I was about to start taking it from 38 weeks to help prepare for labour but went into labour early so didnt need it lol. You can take it orally or via your v-jj. Not too sure if it actually helps but its worth a go

I took it from 36 weeks, i inserted 2 tablets each night. From 38 weeks i inserted 3 tablets. I think it just helps to soften your cervix

Ohh i think i might pass, sounds to difficult for me - considering all the other stuff im taking! But thanks for the help ladies
