Could anyone possibly supply me with a fail proof recipe for Banana Cake OR Banana Muffins without eggs?

I'm not keen on using the egg substitute they sell in supermarkets either.

You can subsitute yoghurt for egg (chocolate dairy food is the BEST). Yummmmmm.

I had a great one from Emma that was ont he fridge but I biffed it out yesterday cos Isla can have eggs now!
