Snacks:
Apple, hummus on vitaweat or home made museli bars (packed full of seeds and oats and yuuuum!)
That's what I snack on every day.
Meals: (mine are vego)
Pumpkin and brown rice flan (and my boys love it!)
Chickpea casserole
Any kind of self crusting quiche cause I don't use cheese in mine and its just loaded with vege and eggs are good for ya.
