Hi Mumma2be,
Personally I would self refer to an obgyn, or if you are in a main centre to Fertility Specialists or similar. I think the more anxious you are the higher up the chain you should start (or so to speak). I hope you get some answers whatever you decide and that your BFP quickly follows.

If you post your location/area. Someone might be able to recommend someone to you.

Best wishes,

Maju

Mumma2be, I would go straight to a fertility specialist if I were you. I went through an OB/GYN for a year, and am now with Fertility Associates. My OB/GYN was good, but they aren't totally focused on fertility like Fertility Associates or Fertility Plus. My OB/GYN also had me on medication and didn't do a lot of monitoring, but Fertility Associates do, so a few differences in the treatment. Yours may be different. You can self-refer to a fertility specialist, just give them a call. There's usually a few weeks wait for your first appointment. Good luck

I'd self refer too. Having been with Fert Associates and Repromed, I'd recommend Repromed over FA. Repromed are a much smaller team, but much more personable, have individualised care (at FA it felt a lot like a production line 'she has this, so we'll do 'x'', without looking at the individual variables -> after a year of treatment with FA which was not working I recommended a course of action to my doctor, which ultimately resulted in the conception of my daughter), and economical - which may well be a factor as there is no public funding available for second children unless you have been trying for five years. Best of luck.
