Last night we had lamb roast with swede, parsnip, pumpkin (or as it is now known "Orange" Vegetable & declared yum!) & kumara.
Tonight...not so sure. Will go & investigate one very sorry looking freezer as I go & hang out the towels.

Good idea about cooking 2 chickens at once!
We are having roast lamb with potaoes/brocolli and mixed vege. Islas already had dinner- mashed potatoe/brocolii with cottage cheese and tinned salmon- she ate tonnes and declared "Its my favorite"- which we already knew, lol!

tomorrow i am making DHs favourite chicken nachos.. we fry up diced chicken in herbs and onion and at the end add in thinly sliced tomato to warm it up.
Layer on top of corn chips which have lettuce scattered over them and then add a little cheese and sour cream on top yum! A much lighter and a wee bit healthier than straight mince and beans and we only need one chicken breast between us

Tonight we are having smoked chicken pasta with bacon and mushrooms
We are having guests over cos we haven't seen them in ages, we usually catch up with them to go drinking on a Saturday night which we obviously haven't done in a while!!!
It's a easy meal that every one always loves when I make it, and it can go for bloody miles!!!!!
I'll probably get a box of woodys for the boys though
