Your Challenge for the next few days is to drink 8 glasses of water, 50 push ups, 100 squats & shave 200 calories off your diet, do all of the above each day.
If you dont manage 50 push ups with good form (they dont need to all be done at the same time) or 100 squats etc then just keep a record of how you do.
