Does anyone know firstly if this works, and secondly if there is a good person to use on the shore
or if any other alternative options work
DH has tried cold turkey and patches and still keeps going back to it

Thanks

My mum has recently given up after about 35 years. She read that book by Alan Carr and also bought an electronic cigarette.
The fake cig was what really helped her, it looks just like a real one, the tip glows when she puffs and some vapour stuff comes out so it looks like she is actually breathing smoke.
I think they are called 'e-cigs'.
She has been smoke-free for about 3 months now which is the longest she's ever gone and she said yesterday that she actually thinks of herself as a non-smoker at last. I'm so proud of her

I quit when i found out i was pregnant and i used to stand around at my regular smoking times with a cigarette in hand and sometimes even in my mouth just to get the *feel* so i can imagine the fake cigs would work!

I bought the allen carr dvd.. I'm not day 10.. and can honestly say I have had no cravings at all... and the emotional attachment to cigarettes has gone (if that makes sense to any non smokers!)

Highly recommend it! (much more than the book..)

My FIL and MIL did hypnosis, I think about 10-15 years ago (before DH and I met). It worked for FIL, he is still smoke free. MIL on the other hand went back to it within 12 months and now smokes more than ever

I found the allen carr book awesome, but DH was smoking again 3 months later. My dad quit after accupuncture (but i think he replaced it by eating like a pig) but DH is skinny as so I thought this might be an option for him

There is another Alan Carr book for those who do read it, quit and then start again. I did that and the second book clinched it for me. He is so great i tell everyone about it, i was the worlds most addicted human being!

My friend has tried acupuncture so many times with no luck. It is really up to him, the acupuncture will work if he really wants to give up, but not if he doesn't.

Alan Carr also does in person sessions - well not him personally, but someone goes though the ideas from the book in a session. May be worth a go too.

Smoking sucks, i'm so damn glad i don't have to do that crap anymore, it just ran my life!

Dude, I'm not even surprised because smoking is very destructive to your health. My mom smoked for two years and recently she had breathing problems because of contaminated lungs. Later, she got plaque on her upper teeth and even began to develop caries. This had to be stopped immediately and I decided to buy a vape for her. I found some great models on https://www.aquavape.co.uk and ordered some cans of liquid and a great vape mod for vaping. Gradually she started to get tired of this sh*t and soon she stopped facing various health problems. So I advise you to stop so as not to ruin your health!!!

I have never used aquapuncture to get rid of smoking. I use alternatives, namely a vape. It has become a natural cure for me that has helped me get rid of cigarettes. Especially I like to vape with cbd concentrate, which relaxes my body and helps to eliminate fatigue after a hard day or on weekends when I don't have to go anywhere from home. This is an excellent cure for smoking, so I advise you to use this method. It is really effective; I used it on myself and had a positive result. If you need help with that, you can check out everything on this website
