I've only just started Zumba in the past few weeks (it's so much fun eh?). Sorry I don't actually know the answer to your question, but am interested to find out.
Thanks Mummydee, i've only been once so far, they are trying to start a class up locally but it doesn't look like thats going to happen unless there is an influx of people! This one is on a saturday, the other two during the week just say Zumba, so i'm quite interested to see what it is because id most likely go on a saturday!

OK so I had to Google it (curiosity got the better of me lol ) and I found this It looks like a mix of Zumba (cardio) and strength training - which I've recently learned is the fastest way to get rid of fat
