Chicken Curry Casserole

1 chicken
cook and let cool and take the meat off and put in a casserole dish.
Make a sauce with
1 bottle of cream
1 pkt of maggi mushroom soup and a couple of Tbsp of curry
Add wine to taste and mix into the casserole dish with the cream sauce mix.
heat up and serve with rice or roast veg

MMMMM.....this is soo good!!! My mum used to make it when we were kids, and now I make it to, although I don't have exact recipe, but I improvise. Last time I made it I put a whole bunch of spinach in it to get some greens - and it was great!!!
