they say that the injures "were equivalent to that of a high velocity car crash" can't say I've met too many 1 year olds that could inflict that kinda damage...twice!

as the parent of a rough one year old - Jake did a lot of things to Taine when he was little, and nothing resulted in Taine's death (he sat on him at three days old). i'm inclined to believe that the toddler may have been violent towards the twins, but that sort of violence is not possible from a small child - who lets face it - wouldn't be being nasty or vindicative, more like "hey what happens if i do this"

I don't buy it either. Just another lie out of his mouth. One day he will stand up and tell the truth he did it.

I don't believe that the toddler is completely responsible. Unless he has had a lot of violence towards him and was reacting somehow. I'm not sure that I think Chris did it either (I'm neutral on him), but he may still be hiding someone.

the whole family is lying... and people do lie when trying to cover things up. i imagine being questioned by the police is a bit stressful too ... i am more angry at the mother at the mo for running off and leaving the babies.

So the mum isn't allowed to leave the babies in the care of their father in order to visit her sister?

I think that that whole family is seriously deluded and those poor twins had to suffer for it. There is no way in hell you can ever pass the buck on killing a child, I have no sympathy for Chris, nor the weeping mother. You do what you have to do to keep your kids safe, loved and healthy. Anything less is a dereliction of parenthood duty. They denied their children the necessities of life then life, it makes me sick.
I'm glad those babies are now safe up in heaven.

(This is not a personal attack at all, just my slant to your response, I am sure you mean well just as I do)
I don't think you should have to think up reasons why they should be less responsible for what happened either G and T, if he wasn't guilty then it would shine through like a beacon. All I've seen so far is guilt, lies and cover up.

she wasnt just visiting her sister tho - she ran away to spend the night away from her practically newborn babies, for the second night in a row.
this article here seems to have some interesting info.
