Grey's Anatomy star battles Diaz for NY apartment
Cameron Diaz and Grey's Anatomy star Ellen Pompeo are fighting for the same New York apartment.
Cameron reportedly has her heart set on the $5.5 million four-bedroom, four-bathroom flat in Manhattan's prestigious Chelsea district, and has already viewed it three times.
Ellen viewed the property - which also has six private terraces - for the first time last weekend and is said to be "smitten".
A source said: "Cameron is determined to get the apartment, and is not going to let anyone stand in her way. She knows Ellen is interested, but is even prepared to pay a higher price to secure it.
"But Ellen isn't going to give it up that easily. She's smitten with it, and thinks it will be a perfect place to start her new family."
Ellen married music producer Chris Ivery last November.
Cameron has been single since splitting from Justin Timberlake in January 2007.
Anyone else a fan of greys anatomy?

I'm a big Greys fan and don't really like Cameron all that much.
But isn't it nice for them to battle of a place like that. The person selling it is going to make a fair amount of money out of the sale.

Wow... great place to raise your kids - A flat. Someone has some nice priorities!!! I would LOVE anything with a backyard... rich people are so silly sometimes.
