Yep, pretty much what Emma said. Good luck with it - I hope you see a good improvement with your new diet. It's a real pain reading every label, but it does become second nature soon enough. I like the idea of your "G, GF" labels too. At home we have a shelf for Ella-friendly foods only in the pantry, fridge and freezer. Being organised really helps, I think.
Oh - New World have tons of gluten-free goodies. Not cheap, mind.
